Middle Eastern Chicken Wings

I am big wing nut (pun intended), and I’ve discovered these Paleo friendly Middle Eastern Wings. I’ve made them twice now, and anyone who knows me, knows I rarely make the same thing twice unless it is really, really good. The sauce can be used on chicken thighs and breasts too.

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350º F oven.
  2. Pour olive oil into a large bowl
  3. Add all the spices and mix to make a paste. Don't make it too thick as it has to coat all the wings. Add olive oil if needed
  4. Add wings to the bowl and coat thoroughly
  5. Spread wings out on a foil-lined baking sheet, and coat with coconut oil spray.
  6. Place wings in the oven on a high shelf, and roast for about 15 minutes. Turn and continue roasting for another 15 minutes or until cooked through.
