I was talking with my good friend, Wriston, last evening, and she asked what I had for dinner. When I told her stuffed peppers and the ingredients, she wanted to know if I had posted the recipe. I had not, so here I am posting it. Most stuffed peppers have rice as a filler. I used cauliflower, which I believe enhances the flavor, and doesn’t make you feel bloated later.
Remember this? I was trying to figure out something different to do with my ground bison yesterday, and I came across this Salisbury steak recipe. I literally have not had Salisbury steak since the 60s when it came in this tray,maybe? Well this recipe looked great, so I adapted it to my bison (I rarely eat ground beef anymore, bison just tastes better). It was delicious. I had some zucchini on hand and made these fried zucchini chips.
