Almond Milk

I haven’t found a commercial almond milk that isn’t full of some sort of additive, like gallen gum in Silk,  carrageenan, etc. So I have started making my own almond milk. Two ingredients almonds and water. It takes less time to make this at home than it does going to the store and buying it, cheaper too.  Look for the recipe for double chocolate cookies made from the almond pulp tomorrow.
